Additional Shipping Information During the COVID-19 Pandemic
We are fortunate to have solid partnerships with our partners in China, which has greatly helped us to keep our operations running as best as possible during the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic . We have been working diligently since February 2020 to keep up with the changing situation in deliveries around the world and are using all available resources to make changes where possible to ensure orders are dispatched as quickly as possible be delivered.
- Shipping Time: All products take between 5 and 12 business days from the time of shipping. Shipping is free and takes place with DHL and similar shipping service providers.
Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, there CAN sometimes be pandemic-related delays, which are unfortunately beyond our control:
1. Before goods are shipped
- Various areas may be temporarily affected by lockdowns or service disruptions (including ours here in China), so packages may be delayed at a time long with the respective carrier in the shipping country (in the worst case 2-5 additional working days to the normal processing time).
- Lockdowns can result in the supply of production-critical materials for your products being suspended for a period of time (2-5 additional working days to the normal processing time in the worst case).
- We in China may be affected by another business restriction due to lockdowns, staff reductions or temporary total closures cannot be ruled out (no exact forecast possible).
- If there are any changes regarding the delivery address, please contact us via our contact form.
2. After the goods are delivered
- Different areas may be temporarily affected by lockdowns or business suspensions, therefore packages already shipped may lie with the respective delivery company for some time (in the worst case 2-5 business days extra to the normal shipping time).
- Due to the sharp increase in online order volume with reduced staffing at the same time, the customs and import stations, to which you may have to pay import duties, are also heavier than usual, so that the processing of your import can take longer (in the worst case 2-5 additional working days to normal shipping time).
- Blockages can mean that personal delivery to your front door is no longer permitted due to the risk of infection. Parcels are then increasingly handed over to your local parcel station and remain there until you pick them up or until delivery is permitted again (no precise forecast possible ).
- Airline cargo space and route availability will be slow to return to pre-pandemic levels (2-5 additional business days to normal shipping time in worst case).
- If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us via our contact form.
We will continue to update this page with the latest information we have from our shipping partners about delays and areas where some of the services we use are unable to accept delivery.
We thank you for your patience and understanding. Stay healthy!
